Sunlight simulation tests

Thermal resistance to artificial light without radiation
Obviously, your car spends a lot of time in the sunlight, Burns Industrial Group laboratory provides you with this test under the PSA D455232 standard.
This test is carried out with the help of SUNLIGHT lamps without ultraviolet rays (UV) and a chamber device, in such a way that the internal parts of the car are simulated in temperature conditions similar to sunlight for 180 hours until any damage occurs. Check the gap (distance) between the parts, subsidence, burns and all possible damages due to the radiation of the parts.
Before entering the 12,000-liter chamber, the parts under test are examined from all directions in order to report any changes after the test. In fact, this simulation is such that the ambient temperature of the chamber is the same as the temperature of the free air, and the surface temperature of the part. The target (under the light of simulator lamps) is the same temperature inside the car compartment.
In the next step, the support of the simulator lamps are placed inside the chamber, and after that the desired samples and parts are entered into the chamber for testing. Sunlight lamp support includes 49 lamps (7 x 7) of 250 watts, which are divided into three zones to better control the temperature: Rear zone, middle zone and front zone, each of which can be controlled and adjusted separately
